okay stay with a major setback

the location was definitely convenient for seeing the main sites.

The room i was given was right above some sort of mechanical room or generator. There was a constant, low-frequency hum i could feel through the floor all night it made sleeping very difficult and was frustrating no one seemed to care when i mentioned it.

I was so charmed by the kindness of the staff. They were accommodating and helpful. the breakfast was amazing!!! there was always a plentiful selection of delicious items each morning. the location could not be more convenient with walking distance to many attractions.

the lift felt a bit small to me.

The hotel boasts a prime location very near to the blue mosque. a short walk leads to the sultanahmet tram station. This provided very easy access to key historical attractions. the proximity to costa coffee downstairs added to the overall convenience.

The rooms had a safe and a mini bar, restocked with water daily. This was a very helpful amenity. fresh towels were available daily, and housekeeping ensured the room remained super clean throughout my stay.

breakfast was served at tables and offered a diverse selection, with menu variations each day, i enjoyed the turkish cuisine. staff accommodated requests for refills without any issue, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.

an okay Stay but with Issues

small room poor soundproofing

the location was pretty good, it was near the main attractions.

The room I got felt small. it was definitely smaller than I expected from photos. the soundproofing wasn't good either. I could hear a lot of noise from outside, especially the early morning calls to prayer , made it hard to sleep.

The location was very convenient. It was easy to walk to many attractions. The staff was friendly (Ahmet was especially helpful). The breakfast on the rooftop was a good experience.

The room was smaller than I expected. The electrical sockets required an adapter, not ideal. There was no iron in the room so I couldn't iron my shirts.

The hotel's location was amazing. It was only minutes from Sultan Ahmet Square. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the mix of sweet and savory items offered.

The lift was quite small.

The reception staff were really good. They all spoke fluent English. They provided recommendations for local attractions and arranged a special surprise for another guest's birthday. The team always was ready to help and very responsive to requests.
